  3. Generated Videos — We temporarily host and deliver the resulting vertical (9:16) MP4 video files generated by our AI pipeline.
  4. Credit & Billing Records — We record your purchased credit packs, deductions per generation, and refund records. Payment card data is processed directly by our PCI-compliant payment processors (such as Waffo or PayPal) and is never transmitted to or stored on our servers.
  5. Technical Logs & Telemetry — We log standard operational data (IP address, browser type, timestamps, error codes) strictly necessary for security, rate limiting, and troubleshooting.

3. How We Process and Safeguard Your Data

  • AI Model Pipeline — Your uploaded photo is securely transmitted to dedicated AI inference processing nodes solely to generate your requested Tiny Desk video.
  • Secure Cloud Storage — Uploaded photos and generated MP4 outputs are stored in encrypted Cloudflare R2 object storage to enable preview playback and direct MP4 downloads.
  • No Model Training on User Photos — We do not use your personal portrait uploads or generated videos to train, fine-tune, or improve public foundation AI models without your express consent.
  • Likeness Protection — You must confirm that any photo you upload represents yourself or an adult who has granted you explicit written authorization. Uploads of minors, non-consenting individuals, or unauthorized public figures are strictly prohibited.
